The Human Resources Association of Greater Detroit (HRAGD) is dedicated to advancing the human resources profession by educating, supporting, and engaging practitioners in the Greater Metropolitan Detroit area.
As the one of the largest SHRM-affiliated chapters in Michigan, we provide our members the opportunity to enhance their professional skills and business knowledge through monthly chapter meetings, seminars and workshops, most of which are pre-designated for PHR, SPHR or GPHR recertification credits. We encourage and support the communities we live and work in through community service events and support of local student chapters. We hope you will join us at an upcoming event!

Pay It Forward: New Member in Transition Program
The new Pay It Forward program is designed to support HR professionals whose jobs have been impacted by the economy. Individuals gain the most value in belonging to an organization where they find personal connections, inspiration and leadership from others as they navigate the next path in their careers. With this new program, new members in transition can join HRAGD for $50. Existing members can assist individuals who would like to join HRAGD by giving a gift of $50 toward membership dues.
