"The Strategic Influence of HR: Executives Share Best Practices"
Please join us on Tuesday, February 16 at the Westin Southfield for an engaging discussion with a panel of leading HR executives from three prominent Detroit based companies. These leaders will share their leadership experiences which led to advancing the HR function in their company and strategies for maximizing organizational performance.
Each panelist will share specific and practical information that HR professionals at all levels can use to increase their ability to provide organizational impact. There will be ample time provided for dialogue between the panel and the audience. Additionally, the moderator will draw common themes and ensure meaningful questions are surfaced and addressed.

Presenters:
Deloris “Dee” Hunt is Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for The Detroit Medical Center. Dee has decades of human resources experience and oversees DMC’s overall direction of HR policies, practices, programs and activities, including employment, compensation, disability benefits, retirement, HR information systems, records, training, labor and employee relations.
Jim Lewis is Vice President of Global Human Resources at NSF International in Ann Arbor. His responsibilities include all HR functions in fourteen countries, including recruiting and retention, benefits and compensation, payroll administration, training, organizational development, employee relations including litigation management, and strategic planning.
Patti Wilmot is Executive Vice President of People First for Domino’s Pizza, Inc. With extensive global enterprise and merger and acquisition experience, she has managed strategic human capital initiatives in the areas of organizational development/succession planning, talent management and leadership development.
Steve Dion (Moderator) is the President of Droste Group. He brings twenty years of corporate and human resources experience to the position including holding an officer level position in a publicly traded company.
