HRAGD Membership Dues are invoiced yearly, based on your original membership date. New members members who are also SHRM members (valid SHRM member number required) dues are $85.00 for the first year. New members and lapsed HRAGD members who are not members of SHRM membership dues are $110.00 for the first year. Renewing HRAGD members who renew on or before their expiration date renew for $85.00 for one year. Student members dues are $25.00.  Student criteria is as follows: 1.  A college or university undergraduate student enrolled in 12 or more credit hours with an emphasis on human resources coursework. 2.  A Part-time student who is not employed as a human resources practitioner. 3.  A graduate student who is not employed as a human resources practitioner. NOTE:  A student who is a member of SHRM (and can provide a valid student SHRM member number), will have HRAGD membership dues waived. Click here for an online membership application to join HRAGD. All members, especially new members, are invited to attend our membership orientations which are held twice each year. We encourage all HRAGD members to attend our monthly chapter meetings which are held from September through May at a variety of locations and times to accommodate our geographically diverse membership.  We also offer a number of workshops and seminars througout the program year.  Most events earn HRCI Certification Credits.  HR Connects! is a networking group which meets several times each chapter year and offers a casual opportunity to meet members.  HR Connects! meetings are free for HRAGD members.  The Career Management Transition Group (CMG) offers members in a job search or career transition educational and/or informational resources that support their changing needs.  CMG meetings are free for members of HRAGD.  HRAGD publishes a monthly newsletter from September through May.  Every newsletter contains information of interest to the HR professional.  Our web site contains a variety of information including chapter news, event registration, a job bank, and links to other HR sites of interest.  A limited access area of the site contains valuable member-only information including a searchable membership directory and a message board. HRAGD also supports Student Chapters of SHRM, sponsors SPHR/PHR Certification preparation classes and engages in charitable activities which benefit the local community.
